It is Never Too Late

As you’re thinking about your passions and the natural God-given talents and gifts, remember to list them all. Don’t limit yourself and please don’t put the limits on God. You may be thinking that it is too late for you to do certain things in your life. But you are wrong. It is NEVER too late. As long as you still have breath in your body, it is never too late to do anything.

You need to inspire yourself. Become your own inspiration to get up each morning and do something to fulfill your purpose. As long as you have not EXPIRED, you can still INSPIRE. The word expire means the end of life. That is why when some passes away, they say that they’ve expired. It is why foods and medicines have expirations dates. They no longer have life or serve their purposes. The definition of inspire is just the opposite, it means to breathe anew. Every breath that you take is a new one and therefore another chance to encourage and motivate yourself. Breathe life into your passions and purpose. You can do it.

It is NEVER too late to get started, no matter how old you are, how many disappointments you’ve experienced, how many bad relationships you’ve had, or how many bad decisions or bad choices you’ve made. It does not matter if you dropped out of school years ago or you have been stuck in a dead-end job for years. If you still have breath in you, then you still have life in you to start over, to get it right. Seize the moment, the time is now, your season is now.

Do you love planning parties or events? Then what are you waiting on. You could be the blessing that some couple is waiting on to bring life into their dream wedding; or you could be the event planner that some family is waiting on to bring all of their family members together for that family reunion. You are the blessing that someone is waiting on to plan their event of a lifetime.

Do you love to write? Then what are you waiting on. The words that God will inspire you to write will be just what someone else needs to read, so that they can make changes in their lives, in order to live a God-fearing life.

Do you love to sing? Do you love to dance? Do you have a natural talent for public speaking? Do you love to cook? Do you love to clean? Do you have a natural gift for working with children, teaching them and coaching them? The passions are endless. The gifts and talents are endless. What are yours?

And remember that your age does not matter to God. He is not on our time. He has His own time. And if He breathes new life into you every day, then He is giving you another opportunity to live in your purpose and your passion. It is never too late.
