I am posting Day 11 of my gratitude journal, a day late. And that is because I have really been on the go since early yesterday morning. But, the posts are the only thing that are late. My gratitude is always on time, every time.
So, on that note, here are the wonderful things that occurred on yesterday (June 11, 2011), that I am very grateful/ thankful for:
1). Remember my post about attending a conference where Lisa Nichols was speaking? That conference took place yesterday. It was FANTASTIC and I am very grateful for being able to attend.
2). Thankful that I was able to meet Lisa personally, speak with her and take a picture with her. I showed her the picture of her on my vision board and she was like, "Oh my God, I am so glad that I decided not wear that dress today, because I was about to".....lol. God is just so awesome.
3). Thankful for receiving a personal invitation from Lisa for the 2 group coaching sessions that she was having in her hotel suite, later that day, for a select group of people. I was one of those people. I attended the first one, but had to leave early because......
4) ......I was summoned to the park for a surprise birthday cookout by my family. I thought that the BBQ was only for my cousin as her graduation celebration, so I was actually planning to skip it, since I was invited to that group coaching session. Well, as it turns out, one of my aunts wanted it to also be a surprise for my birthday, so I had to leave the session and go to the park. I am so thankful for the love that my family shows me and also thankful for the fact that.........
5). Because I had to leave the coaching session in Lisa's hotel room, early, I was told that I could return for the second session, later that evening. So, you know that I came back, right? And when I returned, I brought one of my girlfriends back with me. She had not heard of Lisa before, but let's just say, she was blown away after that session and has made a decision to transform her own life, beginning now.
