Agitate to Activate

Heavenly Father, thank You for choosing me. I surrender every area of my mind, will, and emotions to You. Use me for Your glory today and teach me to discern Your ways. In Jesus’ Name.

Today is Thankful Thursday. It is a day to remind ourselves that we are blessed with each breath that we take. Each day that we arise and can breather on our own, is another day that the Lord is giving us another opportunity to 'GET IT RIGHT'.

I pray that God reveals your purpose to you and that you begin to fulfill it. There is a change, a shift in the atmosphere and

God is doing some awesome things for those who are preparing and positioning themselves for this change.

Challenges are God's way of motivating us to expand our thinking, change our perceptions and develop our spirits. It is His way of calling us to stretch, risk, and push our limits. Everything that we need to overcome challenges is already on the inside of us. Let it rise up and out of us. Even challenges have a purpose. Your challenges were designed specifically with you in mind. They are opportunities for growth. They force us to strengthen (grow) in faith. Whatever it takes to overcome them, is something that you already possess and are well able to handle.

Sometimes God has to AGITATE some things in your life in order for you to ACTIVATE some things. Agitate means to stir or shake up. There are some things that He is shaking up and/or shaking out of your life, so that you are in position to do what He has created you to do. Sure these agitations are uncomfortable and some are even painful. But allow Him to do it. Move self out of the way so that when all is said and done, you will see the amazing things that He has in store for you.

God wants you to activate (put in motion) the gifts and talents that He created you with. In other words, they are already in you. Now, you need to do your part and begin to stir them up. Whatever they are, you have natural abilities to do them.

And don't try to make someone else's gifts and talents your gifts and talents. It won't work. Each of us have something unique to offer, something that we were preordained to fulfill. So, if you don't know what they are, take some time to go within yourself to find those answers.

Be thankful for the agitations because you know that only God's best for your life is on the other side of them.
