Celebrating My Born Day

Today, I celebrated by beginning my day by doing some mountain climbing. My sister, my niece and myself went to work out with a bootcamp this morning and part of the exercise was to hike a mountain trail that is 1 mile up and 1 mile down. This mountain has many rocks that you are walking up on that trail and reaching the top is quite a feat in and of itself. But there are many who do it on a daily basis. Reaching to top of that mountain and looking out over the city and the wondrous works of our Heavenly Father is one of the most awesome and liberating feelings that I have ever felt. It is such a beautiful view from the top. Absolutely amazing just as God is.

After my workout, I had a couple of hours of downtime to recoup from the workout, then the three of us went to dinner at this restaurant that we had never eaten at before. I wanted to go somewhere different for a new experience and it did not disappoint. The food was soul and asian food with a hibachi grill and it was all so delicious.

I give thanks and praise God for my family who has shown me love in so many ways. Last night, my sister, mother and cousins had a fish fry for me and we laughed, joked and watched movies together. I am very humbled by their love and their willingness to help me and not judge me through this time of testing.

The Father's love covers me daily in my walk with Him.

Through it all I am PHinE (Praising Him in Everything).
