30-Day Gratitude Journal-Day 24

Today was pretty quiet, other than a trip to good ole Wal*mart. It's a rainy night in Georgia. Nevertheless, I am grateful for even the rain because if there was no rain, a lot of people would be in a 'drought' (pun intended).

Thank you Father for all that you do. Here are a few things to point out all of Your graciousness:

1) For the rain holding off until we got inside of Wal*mart. Once we were inside, the sky opened up and it poured.

2) For not getting drenched when we left Wal*mart. The rain stopped just long enough for us to come

out, load all of the bags in the car, get in the car and drive off. Before we were out of the parking lot, it poured again. God is just so awesome; even the winds and the rain obey Him.

3) Being able to relax and just enjoy the rest of the evening.

4) Time to catch up on posts from fellow bloggers. I subscribe to quite a few through Google Friend Connect. Others through email and Google Reader.  A lot of talented and creative people out there in blogosphere. Bloggers with purpose and so much passion. I love it!

5) And I must say in this post, 'shelter' because that rain is quite ferocious out there. I'm very grateful for having a place of covering during this time.

What are you grateful for on this Friday night?
